The MADRID Montessori bed is a Scandinavian-style bed.

The bottom drawer is designed to hold a mattress, so it already includes a bed base. It is not designed to store anything and does not have a flat surface, they are bed base slats.

📏 DIMENSIONS

• Choosing the size on the web means the size of the mattress.
• 90 x 190 for the top mattress.
  
• Actual overall dimensions of the bed approx. 99 x 199 cm.
• The height of the vertical beams is approximately 63 cm, i.e. the maximum height of the bed is 63 cm.
• The front of the drawer measures 18 cm.
• The total height of the railing from the bed base is approx. 33 cm.
• The separation between the slats is approximately 5 cm, complying with regulations.
• Considering that the bed mattress is 10 cm thick, the child sleeps at a height of approximately 27 cm.
• The front rail measures 2/3 the length of the bed and is removable.
• Removable front railing.
• Possibility of mounting the barrier on any side (right - left).

🛏️ MATTRESS

• The price does not include the mattress.
• This second mattress for the box spring should be 10 cm shorter and 5 cm narrower. For example, for a bed size of 190 x 90 cm, the mattress for the box spring should be 180 x 85 cm. The thickness for the box spring mattress should be a maximum of 9 cm.

🏋🏼 THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF THE TOP MATTRESS IS 100 KG. FOR THE BOTTOM MATTRESS IT IS 80 KG.

• It is easy to assemble and includes a mounting kit with everything needed for assembly.

📦 ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME IS 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS IN MAINLAND SPAIN.

✈️ For shipments to the BALEARIC ISLANDS, the delivery time is around 2-3 weeks. We know that shipping costs are high, but they are the costs to cover what it costs to send such large packages to the islands. Thank you very much for your understanding! 🙏🏼

This bed consists of 2 shipping boxes , it is possible that GLS will deliver over several days, despite sending everything on the same day. These are external organizations that we cannot change.
