SHIPPING

How can I track my shipment?

When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking email from the shipping company. If you have not received the email, we may still be preparing your order. Please check the preparation and shipping times on each product page.

How much are the shipping costs? How can I get free shipping? 🚚

Shipping costs vary depending on your order value and shipping zone. For example, for shipments to mainland Spain:

Orders + €60 FREE Shipping 🎁

Orders going to the Balearic Islands or Europe do not qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands? 📦

For now, we do not ship to the Canary Islands due to high costs 🙏🏼

GENERAL INQUIRIES

My order is incomplete

We work with different artisan workshops, and if your order combines products from different workshops, you will receive them in separate shipments 😊 This is not always the case; if you believe you should have received everything, please contact us.

Can I return a product?

Of course, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to make an exchange or return if you wish. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Send us an e-mail to info@minipiu.com to inform us that you are going to make a return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for returning the product.

Once we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the product to the bank account you indicated within a maximum of 7 days.

We do not accept returns for personalized products.

I haven't received the order confirmation email. Has my order been placed? 🤔

If you have not received the confirmation email, but you have seen the message with your confirmed order number and the corresponding charge has been applied, you can rest assured that it has been successfully processed. The reason you have not received the email may be, for example, that the address may contain an error or has gone into spam. You will receive your order without any problem.

An item I received is damaged 💔

Send an email to info@minipiu.com including your order number and all the photos you have so we can assess what happened and send it to the transportation agency.

Do you have a physical store?

We'd love to, but for now we're only an online store. If you need a closer look at a product, write to us and we'll send you videos, photos, and whatever else is needed so you can see 100% what our products are like.

Do you need an invoice? 🧾

Of course, send us your information to info@minipiu.com to send you your invoice. Remember, we will need fiscal name, CIF/NIF and address.

QUESTIONS ABOUT BEDS 🛏️

Incomplete bed ⚒️

There are some models of beds that are shipped in more than one box. When we ship them, we send everything at once, but GLS, the company responsible for delivering it, sometimes delivers it on different days. Don't worry, because if you received one package today, you will receive the rest in the next business hours. This is part of GLS's external organization that we cannot change. We apologize for any inconvenience 🙏🏼
